Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email within 2 days of received payment. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. JaySlay ships to domestic locations only, there’s no international shipping at this time. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. All sales are final with JaySlay. Exchanges are accepted within 5 business days from delivery date on most merchandise, excluding hair and lashes.
